Official Umbrella Policy

The authoritative terms of use for all Specific Industries properties — including Only Pans — are maintained at specificindustries.com/terms. The text below is provided for convenience and flavor; in the event of any conflict, the umbrella policy governs.

1. Subscriber Conduct

By subscribing to a pan, you agree to treat that pan with the respect any piece of cookware is owed. You may not record, redistribute, or otherwise exploit any pan's posted content for commercial purposes.

2. The Crêpe Pan Clause

Subscribers to Mademoiselle Crêpe agree not to attempt to use a crêpe pan for pancakes, fried eggs, or any other application not explicitly sanctioned by a French culinary institution. Mademoiselle Crêpe reserves the right to correct you in writing.

3. Tip Refunds

All tips are final. The pans do not check their accounts and would not know how to issue a refund if they did. Please tip thoughtfully.

4. Lifting Warning (Big Ursula)

Subscribers to Big Ursula acknowledge she weighs eighteen pounds. Only Pans is not liable for any injury sustained while attempting to lift, move, or otherwise challenge the positional authority of Big Ursula. You were warned.
